Peach Sangaree

Serves: 1
  • 1 teaspoon port
  • carbonated water
  • 2 fluid ounces Brandy
  • nutmeg
  1. Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes.
  2. Fill glass with carbonated water and stir.
  3. Float port on top, sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, and serve.
