Serves: 2 bottles
- 4 Cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- 1 bottle (750 ml) good brandy
- Place fruit in a large jar. Dissolve sugar in brandy and pour over fruit.
- Steep for 4-6 months.
- Strain and bottle.
- Use the peaches once fully drained to make preserves.
