Papaya Creamsicle Smoothie

  • 2 papayas; ripe
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  1. PREP TIME: 5 minutes Peel, seed and coarsely chop papayas.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. PER SERVING: 251 calories; 1.5g fat; 5% calories from fat; 7mg cholesterol; 2.8g fiber.
