Overnight Rootbeer

Serves: 1
  • 2.50 Cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons root beer extract
  • 1 Tablespoons dry yeast
  • 1 lukewarm water
  1. In a gallon jug with a tight-fitting lid, combine sugar, root beer extract and yeast.
  2. Add enough lukewarm water to fill gallon jug.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 6 hours.
  5. Place in refrigerator overnight or until completely chilled.
