Orange Smoothee

  • 6 ounces orange juice concentrate frozen
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 10.00 ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Calories per 3/4 cup serving: About 115
