Orange Frappe

Serves: 2
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 3/4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup sugar, granulated
  • 1 Cup ice, crushed
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for exactly 1 minute.
  2. Serve over crushed ice.
