Recipe type: Alcoholic Cocktails
- 4 fluid ounces hot coffee
- 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 fluid ounces Benedictine
- 2 fluid ounces heavy cream
- Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass.
- Add the Benedictine and stir.
- Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
