  • 1/2 Cup fresh mint leaves plus mint sprigs for garnish
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 1 can frozen lemonade (6 ounces)
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries; crushed and sweetened with 1/2 Cup sugar
  • or
  • 10 ounces package frozen raspberries
  • 2 Cups cold water
  1. Combine 1/2 cup mint leaves and boiling water.
  2. Let steep 5 minutes.
  3. Add raspberries and frozen lemonade concentrate.
  4. Stir (until thawed), if frozen raspberries are used).
  5. Strain into pitcher half-filled with crushed ice.
  6. Let cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Add cold water and stir.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
