Mint Juleps

Serves: 1
  • 6 fresh mint sprigs (to 8)
  • 1 Tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 crushed ice
  • 2.50 ounces Bourbon
  • 1 fresh mint sprigs
  1. In a tall glass, add the mint and simple syrup.
  2. With the handle of a spoon, crush and mash the leaves to extract the flavors.
  3. Fill the glass with the crushed ice and pour in the bourbon.
  4. Using a tea spoon, jiggle the contents to mix and chill.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
  6. This recipe yields 1 drink.
