Our recipe for the Mimosa pairs the usual orange juice with Champagne, but adds a subtle hint of Grand Marnier. The result is an added smoothness and are simply wonderful.
- 2 ounces orange juice, without pulp
- 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
- chilled Champagne
- Pour orange juice and Grand Marnier into a chilled Champagne flute.
- Fill with chilled Champagne, stir very gently, and serve.
