Our recipe for the Mimosa pairs the usual orange juice with Champagne, but adds a subtle hint of Grand Marnier. The result is an added smoothness and are simply wonderful.

Our glasses are dipped in orange juice, then in Demerara sugar. A garnish of orange peel enhances its appearance.

  • 2 ounces orange juice, without pulp
  • 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
  • chilled Champagne
  1. Pour orange juice and Grand Marnier into a chilled Champagne flute.
  2. Fill with chilled Champagne, stir very gently, and serve.
