Longan Sangria is a rather unique drink I created when asked to make something with Longans. This wasn’t easy to figure out, but so easy to make. You’ll enjoy it immensely.
- 4 or 5 fresh longans, seeds removed, flesh only
- 1 ounce dry white wine (Chardonnay works well)
- 1/2 ounce white rum
- Sprite or 7-Up to top up
- Add the longans and ice to a rocks glass.
- Pour in the wine and rum.
- Top up with soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a swizzle stick and serve.
