The taste of iced tea is so strong in this drink that it masks any flavor of alcohol, leading to many a hangover the next day. Still, the Long Island Iced Tea is an incredibly enjoyable drink.  If you remember the days of discotheques you’ll remember this great drink.  Take care, the alcohol is subtle, and you’ll not even notice it—until you try to stand up—which won’t be too successful.  How anyone ever managed to dance when drinking these is beyond all comprehension.

Careful! These have a serious kick and you don't know you're drinking alcohol. It tastes so much like tea that you may over-imbibe.
