Lassi (Yogurt Drink)

Serves: 4
  • 5 Cups yogurt
  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 6 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon rose water
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  1. Remove seeds from cardamom pods and crush seeds.
  2. Blend 3 cups yogurt, cardamom and sugar in a electric blender.
  3. Beat remaining yogurt well in a bowl.
  4. Add to contents of blender and mix well.
  5. Add rose water to yogurt and mix well.
  6. Serve in individual glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
