Ingredients
  • 1 fluid ounce Brandy
  • 1 fluid ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 fluid ounce green creme de menthe
Instructions
  1. Pour the Creme de Menthe into a Pousse Cafe glass.
  2. Take a teaspoon, touch the edge of the spoon to the inside side of the glass right near the surface of the Creme de Menthe, round back side of the teaspoon up.
  3. Gently pour the Bailey's onto the round back of a spoon.
  4. Repeat with a clean, dry spoon but with Brandy, to make the top layer.
Notes
Some brave souls have been known to ignite the brandy at the top of this drink. We do not recommend this, as it has been known to burn many a nose.

Drink it as a straight shot.
