Lovely, simple, creamy and absolutely delicious, this Irish Cream Liqueur is perfect for making mixed drinks or for your recipes that call for Bailey’s.

Serves: 1 bottle
  • 1 1/4 Cups up to 1 3/4 Cups Irish whiskey
  • 14 ounce Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 Cup whipping cream (1/2 pint)
  • 4 eggs *
  • 2 Tablespoons chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  1. In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth.
  2. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month.
  3. Stir before serving.
* Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.

You may alternatively use Brandy, Rye whiskey; Bourbon or Scotch.
