Hot Port Flip

- 3 fluid ounces port,madeira or marsala
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 2 fluid ounces heavy cream
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- Heat wine in saucepan, but do not boil.
- Beat egg with sugar in a bowl using a whisk, blend in cream, and pour into saucepan with wine, stirring constantly.
- Serve in a warmed mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.
