Recipe type: Alcoholic Cocktails
- 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
- 2 fluid ounces Jamaican Rum
- 2 fluid ounces dry red wine
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 grated nutmeg
- Add syrup to saucepan with a little hot water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add rum and wine, and heat until it begins to simmer.
- Serve in warmed, heat-proof mug with lemon slice and a sprinkling of grated nutmeg.
