The Grizzly Bear cocktail is surprisingly gentle. Doesn’t really have a bite at all. You may be wondering about the Jagermeister parked there in the middle of sweet rich liqueurs and milk, but herbal liqueurs are marrying ingredients. That is, somehow, despite their flavor sounding so wrong for the job, they bring all the other flavors together.
Not that you might have thought Amaretto, Kahlua and milk needed much encouragement.
Enjoy one of these when you’re actually little hungry. If you use whole milk, it’s actually a little bit filling.
- 1 part Amaretto
- 1 part Jagermeister
- 1 part Kahlua
- 2 1/2 parts milk
- Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice and stir.
