Fruit Smoothies
Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Serves: 1
  • 1 large can of diced pineapples in their own juice
  • 1 Cup finely sliced strawberries
  • crushed ice as you wish (we like 3 or 4 Cups)
  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth.
  2. I use this recipe almost every other day substituting all different types of fruit.
  3. Try it first thing in the morning, it is a great pick - me - up!! Source: original
