Fruit Salad Smoothie
Recipe type: Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Serves: 4
  • 1 medium ripe peach
  • 3/4 Cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana; peeled
  • 2 Cups skimmed evaporated milk; chilled
  • 4 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • cinnamon; optional
  1. Combine everything in blender except ice and cinnamon.
  2. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time.
  3. Divide Smoothie into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
