While a Flaming Eggnog may seem a holiday drink, it’s far more of a seasonal beverage. Be careful when igniting the drink and do not allow any alcohol to spill. Ideal throughout the winter months.
- 4 fluid ounces commercial eggnog
- 1 1/2 fluid ounces Spiced Rum
- 1/2 fluid ounce 150 proof rum
- ground nutmeg, to garnish
- Combine eggnog and spiced rum in a shaker.
- Shake; strain into a flame-proof coffee mug. Float, or carefully pour high-proof rum on top of drink.
- Garnish with nutmeg. Ignite drink at tableside.
