Eggnog For A Crowd
Recipe type: Punches
Serves: 45
  • 1 pint Brandy
  • 1 pints light Rum
  • 12 eggs, separated
  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 Quarts milk
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  1. Beat the sugar in with the egg yolks.
  2. Stir in slowly; brandy, rum, milk and cream.
  3. Chill well.
  4. Stiffly beat the egg whites.
  5. Fold the egg whites into the eggnog mixture.
  6. Do not serve with ice.
  7. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
