Egg Cognac (German)
Recipe type: Alcoholic Cocktails
Serves: 2
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 Cups Cognac
  1. Mix egg yolks and sugar and vannila untill light coloured creamy.
  2. Add Cognac and stir until all is well blended.
  3. Keeps for 1 month.
