Tropical Bellini

  • 4 fluid ounces Champagne
  • 1 Cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 fluid ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 fluid ounce peach schnapps
  • 1/2 fluid ounce peach sorbet
  1. Pour all ingredients into a Blender.
  2. Blend well at High speed.
  3. Pour drink into a Collins glass and garnish with a Peach Slice and a Strawberry.
