  • 1 fluid ounce Dark Rum
  • 1 fluid ounce Cognac
  • 1/2 fluid ounce sugar syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 grated nutmeg
  1. Separate egg and beat the yolk and white individually.
  2. Fold white and yolk together, add syrup, and put into a warmed, heat-proof mug.
  3. Add rum and cognac and fill with boiling water.
  4. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
