  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Scotch whiskey
  • 2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 fluid ounce dry vermouth
  • 2 sage leaves, for garnish (optional)
  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker.
  2. Fill a Tumbler almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker.
  3. Shake well and pour drink into Tumbler.
  4. Garnish with two simple sage leaves (fresh) floating on top of the drink.
