Strawberry Bolle

Ingredients
  • 3 bottles Moselle; chilled
  • 1 bottle Champagne; chilled
  • 2 1/4 pounds strawberries; hulled, sliced
  • 8 Tablespoons sugar
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle Moselle.
  2. Chill for several hours.
  3. To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine.
  4. Serve in small wine glasses.
