Starbucks Frappuccino

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup fresh espresso
  • 1/2 Cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pectin *
  • 1 for mocha variety
  • 1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredeints in a pitcher or covered container.
  2. Stir or shake until sugar is desolved.
  3. Chill and serve cold.
  4. Makes 24 ounces For Mocha variety: add a pinch (1/16 tsp of cocoa) powder to the mixture before combining.
