St. Paddy's Day Punch

  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 pint whole milk
  • 24 ounces ginger ale
  • peppermint -or- creme de menthe flavoring
  • green food coloring
  1. Soften ice cream in punch bowl with milk.
  2. Add peppermint flavoring to taste.
  3. At last minute, add gingerale and green food coloring.
