Sangria Blanca (White Sangria)

A peach flavored summertime favorite that is deliciously refreshing, yet soothing and alluring.
  • 1 lemon, small, sliced thin
  • 1 orange, small, sliced thin
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 peach, peeled, sliced thin
  • 1/4 Cup peach schnaaps
  • 1 750 ml bottle white wine - chablis, chardonnay or Spanish cava
  1. Wine should be chilled.
  2. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine all the ingredients.
  3. Stir the sangria until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Strain the sangria into wine glasses and garnish with several pieces of the fruit.
