Port Wine Flip

  • 1 1/2 ounces port wine
  • 2 teaspoons light cream
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • nutmeg; to taste
  1. Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.
  2. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
