Pina Colada

A simple preparation of three basic ingredients and ice yields a delicious drink. This variation is almost like a frosty.
  • 3 ounces light Rum
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut cream
  • 3 Tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 2 Cups crushed ice
  1. Put all ingredients into an electric blender with ice.
  2. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass and serve with a straw.
