Pendennis

Ingredients
  • 1/2 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • crushed ice
  • 2 ounces Bourbon
  • 1 lemon twist
Instructions
  1. In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in a few drops of water.
  2. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Add the bourbon.
  4. Stir well and garnish with the lemon slice.
