Orange Smoothie

  • 3 Cups orange juice; fresh squeezed
  • 3 Cups buttermilk; or yogurt
  • fresh lemon juice; (1 to 2) or lime optional
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 2 Cups berries; (2 to 3) any kind, mixed; fresh or frozen
  1. Whisk together orange juice and buttermilk or yogurt.
  2. Add lemon or lime juice and optional sugar or honey (or not), to taste.
  3. Cover and chill until serving time.
  4. When you're ready to serve, place about 1/2 cup berries in each bowl.
