Orange Pekoe Lemonade

  • 3/4 Cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5 lemons), plus wedges for garnish
  • 1/2 Cup honey
  • 3 Cups freshly brewed orange pekoe tea, chilled
  1. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and honey; stir until honey has completely dissolved.
  2. Transfer to a large pitcher.
  3. Add tea and 1 cup cold water; stir.
  4. Fill pitcher with ice; garnish with the lemon wedges.
