Monastery Coffee

  • 4 fluid ounces hot coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 fluid ounces Benedictine
  • 2 fluid ounces heavy cream
  1. Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee glass.
  2. Add the Benedictine and stir.
  3. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
