Mocha Mix

Ingredients
  • 1 vanilla bean; cut in fourths
  • 1 Cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 2 Cups non-fat dry milk powder
  • 2 Cups non-dairy creamer
  • 1/4 Cup instant coffee granules
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients and refrigerate for 1 week in an air-tight container.
  2. Use 3 Tablespoons per 6 ounces of hot water.
  3. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.
  4. Yield: 6-1/2 cups.
  5. REFRIGERATE 1 WEEK BEFORE USING.
