Mexicano Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds yellow watermelon; seeded, and cut into chunks
  • 6 ounces aged blue agave Tequila
  • 6 ice cubes; crushed
  • 1 Cup water; or to taste
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint; for garnish
  • 6 small red watermelon spears; for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water.
  2. Blend.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
