Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces Anejo Rum
  • 1/2 ounce cream sherry
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • crushed ice
  • 4 ounces ginger ale
  • 1 lemon twist
Instructions
  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice.
  4. Top with the ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with the lemon twist.
