Low-Fat Eggnog

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 diet ginger ale
  • 1 nutmeg
Instructions
  1. For each serving, place a scoop of frozen yogurt in each cup.
  2. Pour ginger ale over frozen yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  4. Serve.
