Ingredients
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 fluid ounce honey
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces dark Rum
  • 1 grated nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces dry red wine
Instructions
  1. Dissolve honey with a little boiling water in a heat-proof mug.
  2. Add remainder of ingredients, except nutmeg, and fill mug with boiling water.
  3. Top with grated nutmeg.
