  • 2 1/2 fluid ounces Kahlua
  • 1/2 fluid ounce cream
  1. Pour the Kahlua into a Pousse Cafe glass.
  2. Take a teaspoon, touch the edge of the spoon to the inside side of the glass right near the surface of the Kahlua, round back side of the teaspoon up.
  3. Gently pour the Cream onto the round backside of the spoon.
