Hot Tea Toddy

  • candied Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 pinch powdered cinnamon
  • lemon or orange slice
  • 1 Cup hot tea
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces gold Rum
  1. Heat all ingredients, except ginger, in a saucepan until steaming hot and pour into a warmed cup or mug.
  2. Garnish with a large piece of candied ginger.
