Hot Mollifier

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces dark Rum
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Tia Maria
  • 4 fluid ounces hot coffee
  • 2 fluid ounces heavy cream
  1. Pour the rum, Tia Maria, and coffee into an Irish coffee glass.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
