Ingredients
  • 1 Cup long-grain rice
  • 4 Cups milk
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ice
Instructions
  1. Place the rice in a bowl with enough hot water to cover.
  2. Let the rice sit overnight.
  3. Next day, remove the water.
  4. Place 1/2 cup of water, and 2 cups milk in a blender.
  5. Blend until rice is all ground up.
  6. Mix in 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
  7. Do the same with the other half of the ingredients.
  8. Strain through cheesecloth (or whatever).
  9. Serve in tall glasses over ice.
