Gold Margarita

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces lime juice
  • 2 fluid ounces gold Tequila
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1/2 fluid ounce Cointreau
  1. Place salt in a saucer.
  2. Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime wedge and coat rim thoroughly w/salt; reserve lime.
  3. In shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into cocktail glass, garnish with lime.
