  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Rum
  • 4 pineapple slices (fresh or canned)
  • lime juice
  1. Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender.
  2. Blend at a low speed for a short length of time.
  3. Pour into a champagne saucer and serve.
