Frozen Matador

  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Tequila
  • 2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 pineapple
  1. Blend all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time.
  2. Pour into an old-fashioned glass, add the pineapple stick, and serve.
