  • 2 ounces sweet and sour mix
  • 1 ounce Brandy
  • chilled Champagne
  • 1 slice lemon
  1. Pour brandy and sweet and sour mix into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well.
  2. Fill with chilled champagne and stir lightly.
  3. Add the slice of lemon and serve.
