Instructions
  1. !FRENCH:
  2. To prepare cafe au lait, heat an equal amount of milk in a saucepan.
  3. To serve, pour equal amounts of hot coffee and milk into each cup.
  4. !ITALIAN:
  5. Fill each serving cup with strong hot coffee.
  6. Serve with a twist of lemon.
  7. !ARABIAN:
  8. Place 1 crushed cardamom seed in each serving cup.
  9. Fill with strong hot coffee and stir with cinnamon stick.
  10. !TURKISH:
  11. Place 1 Tablespoon honey or sugar and 1 crushed cardamom seed in each serving cup.
  12. Fill with coffee and stir.
  13. Top with whipped cream.
  14. !VIENNESE:
  15. Fill each serving cup with strong hot coffee.
  16. Stir in 1 tsp sugar.
  17. Top with whipped cream and grated nutmeg.
  18. !BRAZILIAN:
  19. Place 2 Tablespoons instant cocoa mix in each cup.
  20. Fill with strong hot coffee.
  21. Stir with cinnamon stick and top with whipped cream.
  22. !SWEDISH:
  23. For 8-10 servings: Mix 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoons each of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.
  24. Place 1 teaspoon of this sugar-spice mix in each cup.
  25. Add a strip of orange peel.
  26. Add strong hot coffee and mix.
  27. Top with whipped cream.
